Dial up 56K ( 10 years ago ) faster than Sprint like 10 times :D:D:D.

I'm using Sprint too, last year when I got my 4S , speed like your , but now they are building LTE in my city and speed better . ( 3G with 0.8-1.2 Mbps and LTE only on freeway around 14-23 Mbps )

I got speeds like this on Verizon 3G for the past 2 years. Verizon's LTE screams though. :D

Must be your area. I've gotten up to 2 or 3 down and 1 or 2 up in Florida. Even then the internet speeds feel slightly faster than that at times.

Hopefully they put that 70 million injection of cash from their new Korean majority owners into faster expansion of their network for your sake.

I'm happy to pay for what I get with Verizon. :)

my sis in law in chicago complained a lot about the signal when she stayed at home that she couldn't make a call because there is no signal on her iphone. That's one truly unlimited problems for sprint. that's why i stay away from subscribing them even if they have unlimited data offered.

I thought of switching to Sprint for the unlimited data and smaller monthly bill.....

Then I realized, what's the point of unlimited data through a coffee stirrer?

That sucks. I'm very lucky to have great sprint lte coverage here. Only pay 115 for 2 phones a month. Can't beat the price for very good service. AT&T not as good here and way more expensive

There is a reason I left them.(crap data speeds) But I am willing to come back. Put LTE in my area and I will sign up. They have a huge upside, even more so with the recent developments. If I invested outside my 401K I would have put money on them last year and already made a ton. They have spectrum and now they have cash. Played correctly it could be some serious competition for AT&T/VZW.

Sprint's only feature is unlimited data. And with this coverage and slow speeds that we are seeing it's not even worth it .

wherever you are it must be on an unclogged server. Maybe one that just got put up. In verizon's 4g tower for central nj(sayreville) I get about 45mbps.

I live in Houston, Tx my normal is about 35mbps around my home in Cypress/Katy but 50-60mbps isn't uncommon around my job.

Enjoy Sprint's barely used LTE network while it last. Wait until their LTE network covers at least 100 market and they offer more than 5 phones that can use their LTE network. By then speed of their LTE network will be like 3-5Mbs. When Verizon first launched their LTE network their average speed was between 40-60Mbs. AT&T still has some markets that offer those speeds but as more users adopt an LTE device then the less the data speed that you'll receive on AT&T's LTE network.

In a big city like houston enjoy those speeds while you can. When more people catch on it will be in the low 30's high 20's maybe.
