Dangerous to use FireWire/USB card?

I have a FireWire/USB card I pulled from a MDD and discovered a blown capacitor. I am pretty sure I know the answer but was wondering if it's possible I can use it with 1 less capacitor with no issues. Here is the card

Potentially. Maybe try to find a cap to replace it with?
