The danish iPhone 3Gs prices were just unveiled today making ready for the european release July 31st.

This year, with 3 competing company - the best of the three (imo) is offering this:

iPhone 3Gs 16GB black
6 months contract (limit in Denmark)
300 mins speech, Free texting, Free MMS, Free in-house speech
6 mbit/s (3mbit/s guaranteed) 20GB data plan
Tethering allowed

TOTAL after 6 months contract + phone: 4392,- DKK

OR 798,5 USD

Personally I believe that is one of the best offers available in the world?

Yeah, it is very nice prices! I want to upgrade to the 3GS, but I simply can't justify replacing a ~5500 DKK ($1000) phone after one year. At least now people can't complain on it being expensive, especially with the price on the 3G now.

I bought from Italy (factory unlocked, 32GB) when they were launched there.

Paid €699 including €40 shipping.

Sold my old 3G to a friend for €268 (2.000 DKR).

Nah, it was a gift from my parents, they wouldn't be happy about it. I have previous experience in selling gifts way too early. If I had bought it myself, I wouldn't have it by now. It would have been sold and I would be waiting for my new iPhone 3GS. But unfortunately, it just aren't that way. :(

Oh and by the way, I do not buy the iPhone because of the design. It is simply a bonus.

Another by the way: You're going to buy it at 3, right?
