Greetings Gurus!

My 64gb iPhone 4s woke up in a bad mood today....

The screen is dark and discolored and there's bleeding between screens with ghosting of the lock screen on the home screen....

Screen capture images look fine when shown on the iMac though, but the iPhone screen is very dark....

Does this mean that my screen is dying? HELP! PLEASE!

Most likely a hardware fault. Screenshots will be unaffected by the problem. Best bet is to take it to Apple.

If you are no longer covered by warranty and good with tools, you can replace the screen yourself. If you do decide to do it yourself, purchase an iphone 4s front assembly.

i believe apple charges $300 to replace the screen. if you still have a warranty it would be best or else, hang in there till the iphone 6 is out-- getting closer
