Dark Menu Bar issue with Dual Monitors

I have the same problem as the thread below. After updating to Big Sur my second screen won't use a dark mode menu and dock. I tried multiple reboots with different setting but notting works. And nightshift isn't working any more too..

If I turn on "reduce transparency" the menu bar turn dark, but that not the solution that I want.
