Dark mode - no mentions yesterday for iPhone X?

Weird that this hasn’t been discussed - if it has, I missed it. But I’m surprised no mentions were made around dark mode on the OLED screen... guess we might never see this. Or it’ll be the 2018 ‘big’ feature... smh.

Dark mode has been a rumor for 4-5 years now I don't think it's ever coming at this point

People are still delusional and naive thinking it'll come. I said it wouldn't come and people kept telling me "no this time it'll come it has to because of the oled screen". I told ya so. It will never come. Time to burry this rumor once and for all and never mention it again next time a new phone or iOS drops

I'd wager a guess here.. I don't think it's an area Apple cares much about sadly. BUT! Say iPhone X has serious burn in issues after release.. then that may get them to move to a darker pallet of colors. It really takes something to fail before they'll take it seriously.

yeah i don't think they care. they want "bright" and "beautiful". would be cool but don't think we'll see it. maybe iOS 15? as far as burn in, would videos of changing colors help like they do for plasma TV screens?

Apple is definitely run by flamboyant men who loves everything to look bright and "cute", not "smart and cool"
