Dark Mode not working

Hey. Suddenly Dark Mode will not activate. Only the menubar and dock turns dark. I have tried several restarts and p-ram reset, but no change. I am on Macos 10.14.2

Not even the system preferences changes to dark when I try to enable it. Really weird.

Never mind. Turns out an update to "Nightowl" was the problem. I had enabled force light mode.
