Dark Mode options

For those that have the final version installed, does Mojave keep the option to darken the Menu Bar and the Dock but keep everything else light, or is it either all Dark Mode or Light Mode?

I haven't verified it myself. Please let me know if it looks identical to high sierra, should you decide to try it.

Just installed and there's no option, came on to moan about it.

I've waited so long for dark mode and now it's here, something about it just doesn't sit right with me.

Kind of reminds me of Tweetbot's implementation of night mode, grey and dull. Would prefer either darker grey or the dark blue night style like Apollo on iOS.

Apple won't win with this I guess, all comes down to personal taste, but not having the option to have the dark dock and menu bar in light mode is pretty frustrating.
