Dark Mode Screen on IOS 14.5.1

Since updating to IOS 14.5.1 on my iPhone 12 Pro, I have noticed in Dark Mode the screen randomly keeping automatically going darker and lighter even though I have auto brightness turned off and full battery, never had this issue before updating to IOS 14.5.1
