Apps Dark Sky complication broken with 3.1.3?

Ever since I upgraded to 3.1.3, the Dark Sky complication does not work. It displays either "Dark Sky" or "Rain Starting Soon" (clear blue skies for days). If you touch the complication, it will eventually tell you the accurate current temp and forecast.

Here are things I've tried:

• Unpaired/re-paired watch. I think this worked for a few hours, but eventually back to the symptoms above
• Uninstalled Dark Sky app from AW - No help
• Uninstalled Dark Sky app from AW, then phone. Rebooted both, the reinstalled. No help.

I'm using AW Sport (original).

I would contact the developers for Dark Sky and report the issue.
