I was about to buy a ibook g4, my first apple btw, but seeing that I have had increasingly bad luck with anything electric getting broken, I decided first to take a closer at my purchase while I was still in the store. I was particularly eager to see the screen. Well, the first thing I noticed where rather obvious dark large spots in lower left and right corners of the screen. It seemed like the strobe couldn't quite light those parts of the screen. Obviously the salesperson wasn't too pleased but I asked for another ibook, which they didn't have so I have to wait for some weeks.
Is there anyone out there who has had similar problems? Or am I overly spoiled by my excellent Dell notebook screen?
