Darwin Streaming Server Question

The company I host my website with offers streaming via Darwin streaming server, and their documentation is very basic and tells how to put a movie in a directory and embed the rstp link on the site. It is also on Linux. Most documentation around the web gives directions based on the configuration panel via http://where-the-server-is:1220, but either the linux version doesn't offer that, they've disabled it, or changed the port. I have shell access to the server, so is there a way to set it up entirely via the command line? All I want to be able to do is basically set up an MP3 radio station using Darwin Streaming server.
