macOS darwinports gcc41 C++ compiler

So I installed gcc41 using darwinports. However I can't use the C++ compiler. The error message I get is

gcc-dp-4.1: main.cpp: C++ compiler not installed on this system


Any idea how to install the C++ compiler?
