Figured I'd post this, it's a little late in the day (at least EST), but Das Keyboard is doing a 15% sale across all their products today only (05-19-2018), and they have a decent selection of refurb products that are also discounted.
For those not in the know: they sell, extremely high quality mechanical key switch keyboards with models that are Mac specific - i.e., Mac keys and media controls. These also work perfectly under Bootcamp (including the media controls). I'm using a model 4 Pro with the aluminum deck, USB 3.0 ports, volume dial, and Cherry MX brown switches, they also have a cheaper model with USB 2, and either variant is available with Cherry MX blue switches as well.
Plenty of Windows specific models as well. Pricey, but very much worth it, no comparison to most of the other keyboards available (including current Apple offerings).
