Think of this analogy: Dash Code: Dashboard::iWeb:website You can make a website without iWeb, and do more with it, just as you can create a widget without Dash Code, and maybe do more as well. Widgets are simply html, JavaScript, and CSS, but doing advanced stuff with them can be... advanced...
