Dashboard Calendar Acting Weird

My Calendar in Dashboard has been behaving weird.
When I try to click the right or left arrow to scroll through the months, it does not scroll. I just a little quesiton mark in a blue box. Below is a link to what I am actually seeing.

Well the time on my iMac's clock changes to the next day in the future, and a completely different time, and I can't fix it.
