Dashboard mount for taking movies with iPhone 4

Hi Folks.

I need a solid dashboard mount for taking movies of my driving (using my iPhone 4's camera).

I have a 2001 Toyota Rav4, and generally use a Body Glove case for my iPhone.

Any recommendations would be very appreciated.
