Dashboard no longer works - Please help!!

I am having problems with Dashboard.
I attached a photo of how it looks on my Screen. There are only few widgets altho all the widgets are in the folder in Finder.
I tried to trash com.apple.dashboard.plist under Preferences but it still does not work.
Do you know what to do?
