Dashboard problem

I inadvertently removed "downloads" from the dashboard. How do I get it back? I'm using a Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5
 
Did you mean the Dock? If so: Open the folder that Downloads is in. Drag Downloads back to the spot where you had it.
