Dashboard problems in 10.6.8

Hi,
After the recent update of Snow Leopard I discovered that two of my widgets do not work any longer. The first, Sudoku (www.briandeboer.com) gives access to the commands, but the grid is empty and all past scores are lost. The second is the Apple's currency converter, completely frozen and without any text.

Anyone with the same problem? Solutions?

I have a MPB 15'', 2011 with 8 GB ram.

My Sudoku and Sudoku Solver both were corrupted, and do not work. I also lost everything on my HP All_in_one printer except the ability to print. Used to be able to scan/email and lots of other things from the HP. I have tried everything to get this working.
this is not the first time when an upgrade has destroyed things. Not really to happy with the Apple upgrades.
