dashboard question

hey

i have downloaded a tv widget which is cool streaming broadband
tv.

my question - is there a way i can keep watching the tv in a corner of the monitor whilst surfin or whatever at the same time.

basically i want this one particular widget to be floating on top so i can keep watching tv also?
