Dashboard Widget - Internal information

Hello, and thank you for offering this great site, and hopefully forum.

I work at a advertising agency, and we got a lot of guidelines to follow. The thing is, that the guidelines are constantly updated, and it would be really nice to have a factsheed on the dashboard, to quickly follow up on any changes.

That means that only one guy, should be able to update the "fact-sheed", and the rest uf us be able to see the changes... I Guess it could be some kind of expanded "notes"-widget....

If you can put an RSS feed or reader on the dashboard, how about setting up an internal RSS feed with the guidelines?

Thats not an bad idea.

But, beeing not-so-into-RSS, im not quite sure if its gonna update the whole "document", or just add a new "news-block", when new info are added?

I'm no RSS expert (I hardly utilize it as a content consumer) so I can't help with the design aspect of it.
