Dashboard X forces safe mode

Any common tweaks that are causing a conflict with this?
I use folder icons.. Could that be it?
Any other way to get widgets on springboard without using winterboard or dash x?
I also use springtomize for minor mods & sbsettings:

And I'm using iFile to import my own folder icons.. So whether iFile can put widgets in somehow?

Lockinfo puts widgets on the springboard

My problem is that I can't delete that app. I undeleted but the widgets keep popping up.

Any help?

NCsettings

NCsettings was causing mine to crash, deleted NCsettings and all was good.
