I'm a complete noob at dashcode, so I'm asking for advice. I'm attempting to build a dashboard widget that will function as a "Help Button" for the employees of the library at which I work. What I'm curious about (and yes, I am reading the manuals...Lots of material to go through) is how possible what I want is, and if anyone has done it. Here's what I'd like the widget to do:
  1. populate one box with the logged in user's name
  2. populate another box with the computer name
  3. A third box (which the user will populate) will contain the description of the problem
  4. a button to reset the form
  5. finally, a button that will send all the information to an address of my choosing (my boss's e-mail or his .php site that's designed to take all the information).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've already designed the look of the thing (Going for a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy look with a huge "DON'T PANIC!" written across it in friendly letters). Now I just need to figure out how to make it do what I want it to do.

Thanks in advance!

Oh...And I'm using the "Dashcode" programming kit from Apple, so I'm not doing all of this by hand.

Thanks!
