Hello Community,

I wanted to know how can I use dashcode to write custom code for a website. I currently use text edit to code my sites, (not as bad as folks claimed it would be) lol.

Though I heard I can write custom HTML CSS and JAVASCRIPT in dashcode and use that as my editor.

I just wanted to know, and if so, how?

Thanks

like that =) I am pretty sure that the file menu of dashcode would have new-file but I am not 100% sure.

Thanks, I was aware of that option.

I realized dashcode needs a serious overhaul, to allow it to become a html css javascript editor.

I wouldn't say it needs a major re-do, it already does syntax highlighting.

Anyways, just start a new project. You can then view, open, and edit the individual files of the project by hitting :apple:3

Thanks I didn't know about the :apple:3
