Sorry for posting this again but I did not get an answer and this question has me puzzled: AT&T is charging $30 for data for a "normal" user and $45 per month for a business user. What determines the difference? What is a "business? data plan as opposed to a non-business plan?

Thanks!

they divy up the network so business users get more bandwidth.

Also business users get more upload speed (since they may be sending/receiving files more).

the extra covers the preferred bandwidth and the cost of doing an equal amount of sending and receiving.
