DATA DOUBLER, HHD, SSD and MBP2011

hi, i have a macbook pro 2011 (17', 2.2) with SSD 240GB ocz vertex 2 and im going to change the superdrive for a HHD with data doubler from OWC.

my question is:

I have the 750GB 5400RPM that came with the MBP, and i was wondering the difference between put this HHD or change for a 7200rpm HHD.

I work with video editing, after effects, stock images and multitasking.

Do you think that is worth to buy a 7200RPM HHD or not?
