Hey Guys,

I was wondering if there is software out there that allows you to manually enter data into an app via your computer (keyboard/Mouse). My friend is a doctor and she wants a faster way of entering a lot of data into this app that's essentially a patient tracker. Rather than type each field with the onscreen keyboard on her iphone 4, we were wondering if it were possible to connect the phone to your laptop/desktop and type using the computer keyboard.

If not, I was told that a bluetooth keyboard would be what I may be looking for. Does the bluetooth keyboard completely do away with the onscreen iphone 4 keyboard which means that I can use the external keyboard to directly type stuff in the app?

Thanks!

I use my foldable bluetooth keyboard to enter in my lecture notes while in class. Works seamless and beautifully.

I use a palm 3245ww bluetooth keyboard if you were interested.

Can you enter data into any app or is it specific only to certain apps?
