iOS data from java bean

i have been given a wsdl file and am told to get some data from a web service where there runs some java beans.

what should be the usual way to consume this web service and get those data ?

ok i came to know that the wsdl file text has to go in http body, I need to understand what is the response format will be ! will it be same wsdl formats filled in with respective variables ?
