Data not working but voice and txt ok

Hi All, I have an ip4 and I can't get cellular data. voice, txt msg and even location services works fine. But I can't seem to get data. It gives the popup that it can't connect to cellular data mesg. I have tried all resets, settings and networks, restarting and the home and power button restart. Anyone else having this issue?

Att and apple were not able to help over the phone.

ip4 is not jailbroken

Has cellular data ever worked on this phone?
Have you tried a different sim?
Does WiFi work?

Yes, fully functioning heavy user for over 5 months. I even see full bars and 3G, but for some reason data doesn't work. didnt' put in any new apps in the last week or so either.

If it's not a bad sim, and you have tried a restore as new, I would take it to Apple since it's still under warranty.
