Data not working in beta 3?

Upgraded to beta 3 today, went to work, and realized that data was not working at all. When I toggle "Enable LTE" on and off it will work for about 5 seconds afterwords and then stop. I'm on o2 prepaid in Germany, I cant be the only one with this problem??

That is why it is a beta... If you are a registered developer report it in the developer section of Apple or here if there is a Dev. forum for help.

That was happening on beta 2 for me
