Ok so I sold my 3GS last week and then I put my ATT simcard into a temporay phone, I now think that I lost my data plan. I'm doing an upgrade swap so what do I do to get my data plan back when I have the iPhone 4 ?

No. You will have to wait 3 weeks before they allow you to get back on ANY data plan.

Just kidding, of course you can:)

I took my sim out of mine and my wifes 3GS almost 2 weeks ago, and the unlimited plan is still there, and unless you call them to remove the plan they leave it, I know this because when my wife had her first 3GS stolen I added my mom to my account to get the discounted pricing again and when I swapped the sims I didn't call for almost 2 months and they left the plan there.

Why do you think you lost it?

Did you call to have it removed? If you just can't see it because you have a dumb phone active, that would be the DER system. It only shows the features that are valid for the current active device in OLAM.

Use caution where you stick your SIM.
