Data recovery on a Mac

I've asked this question before, but I was wondering if there are any programs that you can run on a windows machine to recover data from a mac hd.

I have already tried mac drive, that isn't working.

I would like to check out something that has a free trial but if there is nothing that has a free trial I would still be interested in it.

Well I found one program so far that will do it, not sure how well if anyone knows of a better program let me know.
