Data Recovery Software

Hey All,

I recently made the switch to Snow Leopard and forgot to backup a very important folder on my machine.

This folder was on both my internal/external drive so I hope it hasn't had data re-written to it yet.

Anyways....any suggestions on software to recover the data? Possibly free??
