I’ve been a Verizon customer for a while and never had an issues - last month I used nearly 50 GB of data (unlimited plan) and my speeds were throttled towards the end of my cycle.

my new billing cycle started last week yet my data speeds are a disaster. I contacted Verizon and they informed me there are no restrictions on my account.

Any idea on what to do?
I’ve already reset my network settings.

In my town, AT&T cellular slows to a crawl all the time regardless of whatever plan is used.
Your problem could very likely be the Verizon cell tower / network
