iPhone SE (2020) data transfer from 2016 SE -> 2020 SE hung

Just got a 2020 SE and tried to transfer data via phone. It looks like everything has transferred over, but for at least the last 1/2 hours, the 2016 SE is still showing "Transferring Data" "Time Remaining: About 1 min". If I try to cancel out of it, I get a question "Are you sure you want to stop transferring data?".

What's the damage if I cancel out? Will I need to reset/redo the whole process again?
