Is there an application or way of me telling which one of my apps uses the most data?....i want to see what i can do to monitor which one of my apps is a data hog

No I do not believe there is.

You could always go into your settings and see how much data you have used, then go use your app for 5 minutes, then come back and see how much data you used...

Im pretty sure there isn't an app that can do it.

iDataSpy, nevermind, it only tracks how much data you have used on 3G vs WIFI
