data usage

trying to figure out why my new 5c doesnt have the cellular data usage section on it. looked under general, usage then scroll down and nothing. i have the latest iso installed. every where i search on the internet it shows this section should be on my phone but nothing. why am i missing it.

Settings-->Cellular-->Scroll down.

The screenshots you're seeing are from iOS 6. It's been moved in iOS 7.
