Data wheel not going away

Anyone experiencing the data wheel logo by the signal bar not going away? I have the newest iOS 10 software with the iPhone 7.

Sounds like something is running somewhere. Did you recently install iOS 10 or update? Have you tried restarting?

It's been doing it for a while now. I have a iPhone 7 i always had this issue even before the recent update

No issue on my phone. Did you check to see which app is using up your battery the most? If you can isolate the app delete it then reinstall it would be my advice.
