my plan 200 mb data plan ...
currently i used only 175.4

why do i get this message , i'm not using over yet ?

In bold, to warn you that you are approaching your limit and to monitor your usage to avoid going over.

Would you rather not get notified ahead of time and just get charged for overages afterwords?

yeah Im not too sure why youre confused. Youve used more than 65% of your data for the month so ATT is letting you know so you can be careful and not go over.

175.4 is more than 65% of 200 and they were showing you a courtesy? Reading is always helpful as well.
