Database App Recommendations

Just started a new job as a pharmaceutical sales rep, and looking for a database app to use to store fairly extensive details of surgeries (including address, PCT, booking dates, GP's etc)

Any recommendations?

I think there's Bento from FileMaker

HanDBase for iPad - I think this is a pretty capable database app and they are close to putting out an upgrade that will have an in app upgrade for $5 for a forms designer.

Have you tried researching vertical market applications in the pharmaceutical sales field? My guess is that you will find what you need without having to reinvent the wheel.
