Datasheet for iphone 4s

I am in the process of inventing a product for the iPhone 4s, but I need to acquire a data sheet for it. Not looking for the specs mainly looking for a document that has an outline of the iOS software code. Is this possible to find or am I just running into a wall? Thanks.

What does "an outline of the iOS software code" even mean? Get a Developer account and you'll have the same access to information about iOS as every other developer.
