i just got this today, the ESD version that comes with wrist strap. Im not sure exactly how it wants the wrist strap attached to the duster.. anyone know what the manual is talking about?

Put the blue strap around your wrist, and clamp the alligator clip on any bare metal on the computer that you're cleaning.
