Date error in iBank & iPhoto

Hi, I have a PowerBook G4 10.4.11 Tiger.

Do I have a bug and/or can I fix it?

Ref: iPhoto & iBank applications.

For some unknown reasons the photos in my album and the entry dates on my iBank now show date as 31 4MP12 2006 and so on instead of the correct date. Have I now got a virus or has something else gone wrong. Can some kind person let me know how I can fix this. I have downloaded a free anti-virus application and so far it has found nothing.

Try this:

Go into "System Preferences" --> International and click on the "Formats" tab.

Now select a country (Region) OTHER than the one you want, and close "System Preferences".

Re-open "System Preferences" --> International and click on the "Formats" tab again.

Now select your preferred country. Close System Preferences and restart your Mac.
