David Bowie's Mac - what is it?

That looks like a PowerBook Duo in a dock. Wow, that brings back some memories! I had a Duo 210 and was so impressed that it was just as powerful as my Macintosh IIcx in such a small package. He was so impressed with mine that my boss decided to get the next model up, the Duo 230 and also the dock like the one in that picture, I set it all up for him. It was connected to our blazing fast office LocalTalk Network.
Tiny, low resolution black and white screen (IIRC, it was 4-bit grayscale?) but it was very impressive in its day and much smaller than Apple's other laptops. My brother in law got a Duo 280c shortly afterwards, it had a color screen and I was SO jealous! 😂
Anyway, that is still one of my all-time favorite Macs! See this for more info, there is a picture of the dock that you can see matches David Bowie's
