Daylight Savings time

I just received my first meeting invitation this week and noticed it was an hour off. The calendar entry subject says 10am, but the meeting was received into the 11am timeslot.

I deleted the event and received it on my iOS7 iPhone and it came in as 10am, then was sync'd to my iMac as 10am.

It's as if Mavericks Calendar is using the old DST rules.

Suggestions?

Same issue for Spring

Calendar invites come in as PST, but the time setting is really PDT. You would think that one of these years Apple would fix these DST bugs...
