Has the Watch 4 been fixed to handle daylight savings time? I know there was a problem in Australia.

No software update has come out since the issue in Australia, but it just ended for Europe, and I haven't seen reports of an issue yet.
Are you running the large Activity complication on Infograph modular watch face? I believe the bug was related to drawing the rings on days that had more or less than 24 hours.
