Hi, My dad is currently trying to switch to Mac Os X, but his company relies heavily on Act! 2007. I know daylite can convert a Act data to play nice, but will Daylite still be able to connect to the Act database and play nice with the PC users using Act?

parallels

use parallels beta 3 in coherence mode, it integrates seemlesslessly with the osx desktop

Yeah, but it doesn't integrate ACT with apple's mail, ical, ichat, address book etc...

Never tried it but almost certainly not. The Act! shared database system is an MSSQL database and it doesn't even play nice with versions of Act that are .01 version different.

If he needs access to a shared Act! database, he needs to be running the identical version of Act! on a Windows OS.

Need HELP Converting ACT! 2009 into Daylite...

Reviving this old thread...

Can anyone tell me how one can import ACT! 2007/2008/2009 data into Daylite? I have years worth of notes and attachments that I REALLY want to preserve!

Thanks!
