"Daystar Technology's powerbook cpu upgrades" Has anyone done this?

I recently went to the daystar tech site and saw the whole deal about the upgrade and the way to do it?Has anyone done this with there computer?Does it work?Has anyone sent there computer there from outside the U.S.?
