I just bought this new Trisolar LED/charger, and I'm wondering how to connect my iPod Touch to the built-in 'DC Port', but I have NO IDEA as to what a DC port is, or what is under that suspiciously small flap, do you guys think I will be able to hook my iPod up to it at all...?

Thanks in advance!

DC = Direct Current (battery power). If the Touch had a mini USB port it might be able to get a charge from that light, or at least some additional run time. It doesn't look like a standard USB jack, so doub't it'll work with a Touch. I can't tell from the web site what connector the DC port has.
